Reviews by people who have stayed here are largely positive, and one reviewer was delighted that in the hotel restaurant Def Leppard was just two tables away.  Hotel restaurants include the Vintage Room which is distinguished for its cuisine and selection of wines from the region and around the world; Vintner’s Poolside Grill which features jazz and blues on Friday nights, Bluelines Sport & Comedy Club with interactive sports games, satellite feeds, plus YukYuk’s comedy shows three nights a week; and Coffecopia Gourmet Coffee Bar with specialty coffees.  Room service is 24-hours.

If you choose to eat out or go shopping there is the Capri Centre Mall nearby with Winners, A & B Sound and 40 other stores; and a grocery store.  Starbucks is across the street, and De Dutch (for breakfast) and Fat Burger (for lunch) are a few steps away.

Other hotel amenities include a complimentary hotel shuttle service to the airport and in the city, a heated outdoor swimming pool and hot tub which many customers favored, a 24-hour gym, 24-hour business centre, free car and bus parking, free in-room wireless internet, and the Beyond Wrapture Day Spa.  This hotel is pet friendly.

Guest Rooms:

There are 185 guest rooms and suites, most with balconies.  The rooms are spacious and the upgraded rooms include a comfortable bed plus a duvet, bathrobe, water and chocolates.  Linens are clean and fragrant, and service is very good.

Function Rooms:

Amenities include a fully equipped gym, a Wellness Spa, and a one-acre grass courtyard with gardens and a putting green.  There is a new indoor swimming pool, two outdoor hot tubs and a steam room.  The lobby is welcoming, and there is a business centre.  Front desk services are 24-hours.  Other services are laundry/valet, guest coin laundry, ATM, and benefits such as stay-free for children under 17, free continental breakfast, free parking, RV or truck parking, and wheelchair accessible rooms.

Dining options include:  The Atrium with a complimentary Deluxe Continental Breakfast Buffet; Slims Restaurant for breakfast lunch or dinner; 97 Street Pub for its 50’s style atmosphere and 16 TV’s, Big Screen, Plasmas and Pool Table.

The hotel is well located for shopping in the heart of Kelowna.  It is also near golf courses, wineries, Okanagan Lake, water activities, hiking and mountain biking trails. The ski resorts Big White and Silver Star are both only an hour away.

Rooms include the newly renovated Courtyard Rooms, Spacious Deluxe Rooms, 1 Bedroom Queen & King Bedroom Suites, Allergy friendly rooms with cork flooring (for those with asthma/asthmatics), wheelchair accessible and pet friendly guest rooms, specialty rooms with either a one or two person jetted tub,  King Suite with Wet Bar, King/Jacuzzi, One Bedroom Suites with Galley Kitchen, and One Bedroom Suite With Full Kitchen.  All guest rooms are non smoking and have a private patio or balcony with many overlooking the courtyard.

Function Rooms:

Conference facilities offer 4,847 square feet of ballroom and meeting space, the latter for 10 breakout rooms. All meeting rooms (but one) have windows and natural lighting, and a few have balconies.  There is also a catering facility.

Slims and The Conference Center have floor to ceiling windows, an inner courtyard, and eleven rooms of all sizes.

The comfort, cleanliness, service and care are the hotel’s strengths and an independent reviewer noted that “Overall, we were happy with the hotel and enjoyed our stay there.”

For dining, there is free morning coffee and tea, and barbeque is served on the sundeck.  The Dilworth is excellently situated, and White Spot restaurant next door serves tasty breakfasts.  Across the street there is Orchard Park Mall.  If you are interested in exploring the city, this is where to stay.  The Dilworth Inn is just seven minutes by car from the city center, and five kilometers from the waterfront.

Guest Rooms:

All rooms and suites include a full en-suite bathroom, hair dryer, free wireless internet access, free local calls, complimentary tea and coffee, coffeemaker, an in-room fridge and microwave, hair dryer and clock radio.  Standard Rooms have a queen bed and writing desk.

The Deluxe Rooms have all of the above plus a kitchenette and either one queen, or two double beds.  All have a balcony.  Some Deluxe Rooms also have a pull-out couch.  An independent reviewer noted that the rooms were spacious and clean.

The Standard Kitchenette has all of the above with a queen bed and a pull-out couch.

The Deluxe Kitchenette has either a balcony or a full kitchen and one or two beds.

Function Rooms:

There are no facilities here for business conventions or functions.  Overall however, independent reviewers were satisfied with their stay and felt they got good value for money.
