This two and one half star hotel is well situated, and independent reviewers applaud its cleanliness, staff and affordability.  The Accent Inn is a gem in the rough, one of those places you’ll be pleasantly surprised with.  It is pet friendly.

Accent roomAmenities include a heated seasonal outdoor swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna, and a fitness room.  There is ample free parking, coin-operated laundry and same-day valet dry cleaning, voice mail and free local phone calls and faxes.

For dining, the ABC Country Restaurant is adjacent to the hotel, as well as Starbucks.

The Accent Inn is situated near downtown Kelowna on the corner of Harvey Avenue and Gordon; and central to many restaurants, shops, art galleries, and recreational facilities.  The surrounding area is known as a recreational paradise with skiing at Big White, a variety of golf courses to choose among, beaches, orchards, wineries (Wine Museum, Gray Monk Cellars, etc), and the beautiful Okanagan Lake.

Other options are the MV Fintry Queen Floating Restaurant; the BC Guest Ranch for horseback riding, cattle drives and branding; the BC Fishing Resorts Outfitters; and Geert Maas Sculpture Gardens And Gallery.

Guest Rooms:accent room and seating

The Accent Inn has 102 rooms.  Of the total 26 have kitchenettes, seven are King Rooms, and 12 are one-bedroom suites.  There are also three handicap-equipped rooms.  Nonsmoking rooms are available upon request.

All rooms are fully air conditioned with modem outlets and large working desks.  The rooms and suites are spacious, with queen and king size beds and Beautyrest mattresses.

Each room is fully secured with a separate dead-bolt and door viewer.  There are in-room fresh brewed coffee and tea, pay per view movies, blow dryers, iron and ironing boards, mini fridges, free wireless access and a complimentary newspaper.

Function Rooms:

The Accent Inn’s Vineyard Room has 700 square feet of space available.  It can be utilized as a boardroom for 30; a theatre room for 50; a classroom for 25; or a reception room for 45 guests. Equipment is available including VCR, TV, overhead projector, speaker phone and flipcharts. Catering menus are also available.
