The Dilworth Inn is a two star budget hotel that offers a homey atmosphere (it is family-owned) with three floors, all with rooms including the ground floor. There are also large public decks, an indoor pool and hot-tub and sauna on the ground floor. There is no elevator so those with mobility issues are advised to request a ground floor room. Other amenities are an exercise room, free lobby PC and high speed internet, and laundry facilities.
The comfort, cleanliness, service and care are the hotel’s strengths and an independent reviewer noted that “Overall, we were happy with the hotel and enjoyed our stay there.”
For dining, there is free morning coffee and tea, and barbeque is served on the sundeck. The Dilworth is excellently situated, and White Spot restaurant next door serves tasty breakfasts. Across the street there is Orchard Park Mall. If you are interested in exploring the city, this is where to stay. The Dilworth Inn is just seven minutes by car from the city center, and five kilometers from the waterfront.

Guest Rooms:
All rooms and suites include a full en-suite bathroom, hair dryer, free wireless internet access, free local calls, complimentary tea and coffee, coffeemaker, an in-room fridge and microwave, hair dryer and clock radio. Standard Rooms have a queen bed and writing desk.
The Deluxe Rooms have all of the above plus a kitchenette and either one queen, or two double beds. All have a balcony. Some Deluxe Rooms also have a pull-out couch. An independent reviewer noted that the rooms were spacious and clean.
The Standard Kitchenette has all of the above with a queen bed and a pull-out couch.
The Deluxe Kitchenette has either a balcony or a full kitchen and one or two beds.
Function Rooms:
There are no facilities here for business conventions or functions. Overall however, independent reviewers were satisfied with their stay and felt they got good value for money.
